healing vibrations & frequencies of classical music

Sir Georg Solti- renowned Hungarian-British orchestral and operatic conductor and long-serving music director of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, once said:

“Mozart makes you believe in God because it cannot be by chance that such a phenomenon arrives into this world and leaves such an unbounded number of unparalleled masterpieces.”

“Music is the language of God.” – Ludwig van Beethoven

In the not-too-distant past a farmer decided to play classical music to his crops… and his crops

yielded a magnificent harvest!

As a result of working at The Regeneration Station [the only Energy Room in Pensacola] a new knowledge of energy, frequencies and vibrations has enlightened my world. It's effects on our body and the environment around us enhanced my belief in the farmer's story.

Hence my inspiration to embark on an exploration of Classical Music. This venture has changed the atmosphere of my days. Come along, take a walk-about with me, and discover how Classical Music affects our very being.

The music that we listen to influences our health. Science has proven sounds from soft music have healing powers that harmonize the body and mind.

The Ancients discovered a relationship between the five elements, the five internal organs, the five sensory organs, and the pentatonic scale. Our five sensory organs receive raw stimuli and translate them into signals the nervous system can use.

Body Earth

Here are several ways in which classical music has been shown to have positive impacts on mental, emotional, and even physical well-being.

Stress Reduction ~

Listening to classical music, especially pieces with slow tempos and soothing melodies, can help reduce the levels of stress hormones in the body, such as cortisol. It promotes a sense of calmness and relaxation, which is beneficial for managing stress and anxiety.

Mood Enhancement ~

Classical music has the ability to evoke a wide range of emotions. Listening to uplifting and joyful pieces can improve mood and increase feelings of happiness, while melancholic compositions can provide an outlet for emotional expression and even lead to a sense of catharsis.

Cognitive Benefits ~

Studies have shown that listening to classical music can improve cognitive functions such as memory, attention, and focus. This is often referred to as the "Mozart effect," though the impact may vary from person to person.

Pain Management ~

Some research suggests that classical music can help alleviate pain and discomfort. It is believed that the calming effect of music can distract individuals from their pain and reduce the perception of its intensity.

Sleep Aid ~

Many people find classical music to be a helpful sleep aid. Gentle and soothing compositions can create a peaceful environment conducive to relaxation and better sleep quality.

Meditation and Mindfulness ~

Classical music can serve as a powerful tool for meditation and mindfulness practices. It's intricate and harmonious melodies can help individuals focus their thoughts and achieve a sense of inner peace.

Reduced Blood Pressure and Heart Rate ~

Listening to classical music has been associated with a decrease in blood pressure and heart rate, which can be beneficial for cardiovascular health.

Enhanced Creativity ~

Some individuals find that classical music stimulates their creativity and helps them enter a state of flow, where ideas and inspiration come more easily.

 Social and Emotional Connection ~

Classical music performances can bring people together and foster a sense of community. Shared musical experiences can create bonds among individuals and provide a sense of belonging.

Such fantastic impacts to welcome!

clarity of mind

One thing for certain, this writer has experienced a scrumptious dose of enhanced clarity, along with social and emotional connection with my family. My new atmosphere inspires overdue essential reading & study time followed by creative intuitions which are soaring into adventures I’ve never considered.

So, I couldn't agree more that it is the vibrations, frequencies, and tempo of classical music which heal the body, mind, and soul, as the ancients do say.  Keeping with the earlier thought that everyone is different and will receive what someone else may not, I am of the mindset that we receive what we need.

In Conclusion, as you may know, there are literally multitudes of areas to research on classical music.
