The Light System Experience: What to Expect on Your First Visit

So let’s remove the mystery.

If you’ve been curious about The Light System at Regeneration Station, this guide walks you through exactly what to expect when you arrive, settle in, and experience a relaxing session designed to support balance in your mind and body.


Step 1: A Warm Welcome and Simple Check-In

When you arrive, our friendly team will guide you through:

  • A quick introduction to the space

  • A short explanation of what the Light System does

  • Basic comfort and safety guidelines

There’s no prep required—just come as you are.

Our goal is to help you feel comfortable, informed, and relaxed from the moment you walk in.


Step 2: Choose Your Recliner and Get Cozy

Inside our 24-unit Light System room, you’ll notice dim, calming lighting and a peaceful lounge-style setup. You’ll select a reclining chair where you can completely relax.

Most guests:

  • Kick off their shoes

  • Grab a cozy blanket

  • Put phones on silent

  • Close their eyes and rest

Your only job is to relax.


Step 3: The Experience Begins

Once the session starts, the Light System generates subtle bioenergetic fields—including scalar waves and light frequencies—designed to create an environment that:

  • Supports deep relaxation

  • Encourages inner balance

  • Helps the nervous system settle and reset

You may notice sensations like:

  • Warmth

  • Calm

  • Gentle tingling

  • A feeling of lightness

Every person experiences it a little differently—and all experiences are welcome.


Step 4: Your Mind and Body Do the Rest

Many guests:

  • Drift into a nap

  • Let thoughts dissolve

  • Enjoy moments of clarity or peace

Others stay awake and simply take in the quiet.
There’s no wrong way to enjoy the session.

We encourage 100% relaxation so your system can do exactly what it needs.


After Your Visit

Take your time as you return to the day. We recommend a 30-minute detox bath with sea salt and baking soda within 24 hours of your session. You can also add essential oils or other preferred ingredients to your bath, this is your time to relax. If you do not have a tub you can use these ingredients in a foot bath and/or enjoy a sauna after your session> We have a sauna on site and can do footbaths on site before you leave.

Some people immediately feel refreshed and grounded. Others notice improvements in sleep, mood, or energy over time.
